The simplest six pack circuit ever

Getting a six pack requires you to work the entire core. One of the most difficult areas to tighten up is the lower abdomen. Try this simple circuit for quick results.

Each exercise is done for either 30 reps or 30 seconds. Go through the circuit 3 times to get a nice pump in your core.
